Today and tomorrow are the perfect containers of time and energy to sit in loving solitude and stretch your imagination to your highest benefit. Welcome the new and really sit in the joy of what it is that you want to create in your life over the next month, and also this year.
What do you want to feel like?
What do you want to experience?
What kinds of people do you want to cross paths with?
How do you want the universe to show you how wonderful, powerful, and loved you are?
When you allow yourselves a period of time to dream/imagine up delicious ideas that spark joy and lightness and feel good energy in the core of your stomach or heart area… in these moments you are taking some of the most powerful energetic steps necessary to shifting your life! Even in just 1-2 minutes of imagining while a with the enjoyable emotional sensations that accompany imagining the experience of having what you desire, you welcome energetic attractors that will allow you to see people, places, and opportunities that were simply not available to you previously. Doing this practice daily will simply change your life, and I’m not even kidding.
Remember when you could daydream or play vividly for hours back when you were a little kid? Let’s show ourselves it is SAFE to do that, again. Joyously. Without abandon.
The best part? The momentum of the goodness that transpires because of these imagination sessions gains great speed the more you do it. The very real, concrete ways that energy lets us know that it is responding to us by the wonderful happenings and miraculous events in our reality just builds and builds. It becomes PALPABLE and VISIBLE pretty dang quickly.
There’s only one rule to this practice… Leave anything heavy, stressful, dubious or outright doubtful at the door before you embark upon this practice!
Not one speck of of dream killing is allowed inside your imagination sessions. If anything subpar rears its head during your imagination session, you show it the door and get on with your feel-good process.
Quantum Energy Success Tip: I encourage you to have your imagination session when you are already in an overall feel-good space. Energy never lies, and this practice is only effective when you’re feeling easy going to neutral (or better) within your body and mind. To quickly improve your energetic/emotional state you can try listening to your favorite music (that makes you smile and want to move your body), or spending 30 seconds thinking of your favorite person or imagining a beautiful flower. You can also sit in the sun and focus on the sun’s warmth or simply imagine the sun shining on your face for as long as it feels good.
*Disclaimer: It’s totally ok if you read this and thought something along the lines of “I would love to feel joy, but I’m barely staying afloat right now”.
That’s ok. Let’s honor that, because this world is A LOT. Save this practice for another day, because your joy will return! Seeking positive experience or life enhancing wisdom (or practicing it with fervor) doesn’t guarantee a pain free existence, and I don’t teach or endorse pain free living. There is no wisdom or new perspective available to us when we choose bypassing, dissociation, or only focusing on the “good”. Highly sensitive people feel and/or think BIG. That’s part of what makes us special and important to this world. This goes for our enormous love and also our deepest depths for feeling discomfort and pain. One of the most loving acts of courage we can do for ourselves in this world is to choose to show up and feel whatever is present for us in the current moment.
